Examples of organisms that produce toxins include toxins produced by bacteria, yeasts, fungi, and molds. The theory suggests that all of these organisms can cause disease when proper conditions for survival are not present.
The germ theory also proposes that most illnesses are caused by germs that remain in the body after a person has recovered from the illness or has died. These germs may reside in a person’s digestive tract, respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, reproductive system, skin, blood, or brain. Some germs are even found on the inside of the body, in the joints and organs. The reason why the germs remain in the body after an illness is that they are able to reproduce after the body has been infected with a pathogen. Thus, once the body is infected with a germ, the germ will continue to reproduce even after the body has been treated with antibiotics.

Some of the ways that the body can get nutrients from a germ include drinking body fluids such as blood, vaginal secretions, and juices from the mouth. The third way is through aerosol spray from some common household items such as aerosol sprays, soaps, and candles. The best way to avoid getting sick with a germ is to make sure that you are keeping yourself from being exposed to germs.
